Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the product in its original box with all manuals and components, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
